The Instant Bliss Diet

THE INSTANT BLISS DIET
If you want to lose weight quickly, up to 10 pounds a month, the best approach is:

Take Dr. Shealy’s Essentials, 4, twice a day plus:

Breakfast
One fresh orange or small apple
Three eggs, plus cheese

(Or Three eggs beaten with 4 tablespoons of half and half plus 2 teaspoons of cinnamon Scrambled into a pan with hot olive oil)

Tea or coffee – no sweetener
2 tablespoons of chia seeds
One slice of semolina, 100% whole grain or sourdough toast

For lunch and/or dinner, Bliss Cream Shake:

One egg
One cup of whipping cream
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of unsweetened coconut
? teaspoon of vanilla extract
One tablespoon of chia seeds

If you use the cream shake for only one meal, the other will be:
A serving of range fed chicken, turkey or beef or Alaskan salmon or halibut

Unlimited non-starchy vegetables with two tablespoons of olive oil

You may have one more slice of any of the acceptable breads, but it is not necessary! Actually, two tablespoons of chia seeds will provide a much healthier alternative to any bread. And, you may have NOT MORE THAN one ounce of 70% excellent dark chocolate daily.

OR…

You may have two meals of the meat or fish and veggies. In general, the Bliss Cream Shake provides the fastest weight loss. At lease 90% of people will lower cholesterol on this diet!
