SURVIVING THE TOXIC WORLD

C. Norman Shealy, M.D., Ph.D.

One hundred years ago infectious disease was the number one killer, even in the U.S. Chlorination of water, despite its negative effects, was one of the great improvements in sanitation. That plus better handling of sewage and pasteurization of milk turned the tide even more than did antibiotics. Now antibiotics are on the verge of creating a serious problem, because of their overuse!

Meanwhile Roundup and 550,000 other toxins are spewed all over the world, markedly weakening our immune and other systems. I have seen two individuals with severe vitamin B deficiencies despite the fact that they eat the healthiest of diets. In general, I sense that unless you raise all of your food and live 50 miles from a city, the toxic environment requires that you take mega-supplements, especially of B complex and vitamin C.

The essentials appear to be AT LEAST:

D 3—50,000 units every 10 days if you weigh under 140 pounds and every 7 days if over that.
Dr. SHEALy’s Youth Formula-4 daily
Dr. sHEALy’s Essentials one or two daily
