- All returns must be approved by a Customer Service Representative first.
- If you return items without prior approval you will not be eligible for a refund.
- Returns must be received to us within 30 days of the initial ship date.
- We will not accept returns on any opened products.
- Returns of un-opened, non-defective items will be refunded the price of the item minus a 25% restocking fee.
- The decision as to what constitutes a defective product will be made by Shealy Wellness and not by the customer.

Q:What if I do not like the item, or did not receive the desired effect? Can I return it for a refund?
We understand what one person likes another may not. Things like, smell, taste etc. are personal preferences and we can not accept returns to due those reasons.
Products that have been opened cannot be returned for a refund. Any personal use device cannot be returned after it’s been opened, i.e. RelaxMate II.
Shealy Wellness sincerely hopes that you received the desired effect from the supplements you purchased. However, there is no guarantee that will happen. Doctors and pharmacists are unable to make such guarantees on prescription medication, the same goes for dietary supplements. Do not purchase multiple bottles of a supplement if you are not sure whether it will work for you.
Q: Can I return an item due to allergic reaction?
A: No. Once again, even Doctors and Pharmacists are unable to make such a guarantee. Natural herbs and dietary supplements, just like prescriptions, can have side effects. Discuss with your health care provider if a particular supplement is appropriate for you before you purchase. Always start with a low dose, even if it means using a portion of a capsule or tablet. Combining certain supplements together or supplements and prescription medicines can sometimes lead to unexpected reactions.

Received wrong or missing item?
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will offer you a replacement or refund of the item, only if the incorrect item received is un-opened. If an item needs to be returned to us, we will send you a prepaid shipping label.
Note that this applies to wrong or missing items due to our error. If you simply ordered the wrong item, you may contact us for approval to return the item unopened; however it will be subject to the normal restocking fee.
Received a broken item?
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will offer you a replacement or a refund for the damaged item.
Customers forfeit their right to make any claims on missing, incorrect or damaged items after 14 days of receipt of order.
Q: How will I be refunded?
A: Refunds will be put back onto the card used to purchase the order. If the card used to place the order is no longer active you will have the option to refund to an alternate credit card or receive store credit to be used on your next order. We do not cut checks or send money orders for refunds. There are no exceptions to these rules.
