Restorative Truth- Part II-Ringer of Spokes

Creating Positive Self Esteem

The purpose of The Ringer of Spokes is to change the negative feelings of self that has been energetically imprinted within each person since childhood. The Ringer of Spokes involves a two- step process-developing your own Ringer of Spokes and then implementing it. This will discuss the development of your own Ringer of Spokes, through visualization. A Ringer of Spokes (looks like a crown or a circle with things pointing out of it) and can be visualized being applied to the head. Within each of the spokes visualize applying your strengths. This would symbolize your strengths within, coming out of them into the world. It allows you to be shielded from negativity coming towards you and from negativity coming out.  To no longer hang onto the past negative feelings about yourself and now hanging onto the positive feelings about yourself. The next step within each spoke is of your purpose for each strength, which leads you deeper into yourself. Your purpose provides you with a reason to live and carry on. The next step within each spoke is of creation, by making your strengths and purpose come alive, through sharing it with others.

Creation then branches off into existence, which is a state of being above and beyond the limits of material experience, leading you deeper into yourself.  Existence becomes solidarity, a community of feelings and purposes, leading you deeper into yourself and with others. Solidarity becomes unity, the state of being one, and then becoming one with others. And this is Oneness.
