Dr. sHEALy’s RECOMMENDATIONS FOR OPTIMAL HEALTH, BASICS FOR EVERYONE

DIET:

Emphasize fruits, vegetables, nuts and a wide variety of flesh foods (fish, beef, chicken, pork, etc)

Whole grains in moderation, recognizing that on-third of all individuals and ALL THOSE WITH AUTOIMMUNE DISEASES ARE SENSITIVE TO WHEAT/GLUTEN; potatoes and starches in moderation

Wheat is now poisoned with Roundup(R). Avoid it!

Use butter and NEVER margarine

Butter, olive oil and coconut oil are the major added fats to be used.

One to two eggs daily, unless you have FAMILIAL hypercholesterolemia

Old-fashioned peanut butter; NEVER hydrogenated or with sugar. Smuckers is best.

Cheese, yogurt, buttermilk, unless allergic to milk

Water kefir or Kombucha tea one or two glasses daily

An ideal nutritional supplement program is Kyani Sunset, Kyani NitroXtreme and Kyani Sunset, Magnesium lotion–two teaspoons twice a day

ALL men after age 50:

Saw palmetto double strength extract, 160 mg, and Adam’s Prostate Cream
Taurine 2000 mg daily

ALL ADULTS

50,000 units of D 3 once a week, if you weigh 140 or more.
K 2 5 to 15 mg of K 2 daily

EXERCISE:
At least 3 hours weekly of moderate activity. Optimal is 7 to 14 hours!

SELF-REGULATION:
At least 30 minutes daily of deep relaxation, Autogenic Training, Meditation, etc. Avoid negative news in depth, violent movies, TV, etc. Appreciate nature and the Divine! Best presented in 90 DAYS TO SELF-HEALTH. Relax at least 30 minutes daily. Doing autogenic training is an excellent way to accomplish this essential.

OUTSIDE:
At least one hour daily

SEX:
At least 2 to 3 times weekly. If you do not have a partner, learn to enjoy masturbation!

WATER:
At least 2 quarts daily, non-chlorinated, non-fluoridated
