Nothing is more important than optimal nutrition for health and optimal weight. Of course attitude and exercise are equally important but not one of these is ultimately better than the other two!

TOTAL AVOIDS

Pop of all kinds

Fast food of all kinds

Packaged foods with more than one ingredient (except that one ounce of 70% dark chocolate)

MSG

Aspartame

Sugar

Fructose

Corn syrup

Other artificial sweeteners

Alcohol

Most bread!!!!!!!

CHOOSE ONE OF THE FOLLOWING:

1. THE INSTANT BLISS DIET
???? If you want to lose weight quickly, up to 10 pounds a month, this is the best approach ????????

Take Dr. Shealy's Essentials, 4, twice a day plus:

Breakfast
One fresh orange or small apple
Three eggs, plus cheese if desired
(Or Three eggs beaten with 3 tablespoons of half and half plus 2 teaspoons of cinnamon Scrambled into a pan with hot olive oil)
Tea or coffee – no sweetener
2 tablespoons of chia seeds
One slice of? sourdough toast

For lunch and/or dinner, Bliss Cream Shake:
One egg
One cup of whipping cream
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of unsweetened coconut
? teaspoon of vanilla extract
One tablespoon of chia seeds

If you use the cream shake for only one meal, the other will be:
A serving of range fed chicken, turkey or Alaskan salmon or halibut

Unlimited non-starchy vegetables with two tablespoons of olive oil

You may have one more slice of any of sourdough bread, but it is not necessary! Actually, two tablespoons of chia seeds will provide a much healthier alternative to any bread. And, you may have NOT MORE THAN one ounce of 70% excellent dark chocolate daily.

OR…

You may have two meals of brown rice, with range fed chicken or Alaskan salmon (including canned pink salmon) or halibut and non-starchy veggies. In general, the Bliss Cream Shake provides the fastest weight loss. At lease 90% of people will lower cholesterol on this diet!

2. Modified RICE DIET

Unlimited brown rice

Unlimited fresh fruit, except bananas.?

2 scoops of WHEY Protein Isolate

8 Dr sHEALy's Essentials

2 GRAMS Omega 3 fatty acid

3. ?MODIFIED MACROBIOTIC DIET

Brown rice

Steamed non-starchy veggies

Broiled, baked or poached fish or range fed chicken

For breakfast, consider brown rice with one tablespoon of Smuckers? Old-Fashioned peanut butter and an apple

SEASONINGS:

Sea salt

Pepper

Smoked Spanish Paprika

Rosemary

Turmeric

Cumin

Coriander

Cinnamon

Non-chlorinated, non-fluoridated water-at least 2 quarts daily!!!!

Stevia

If your oral temperature is consistently less than 98.6 Fahrenheit after you have been out of bed several hours, take Iodoral one daily for at least 6 weeks and then one a week forever

MIX AND MATCH

Have one meal of macrobiotic, one of modified rice and one of Bliss shake!

EXERCISE
