Minimizing Free Radicals: The Destructive Checmicals

MINIMIZING FREE RADICALS:
THE DESTRUCTIVE CHEMICALS?

Oxidative stresses, or free radicals, appear to be the major contributors to virtually every known illness, as well as aging itself. Although this fact is well known, and antioxidants are widely used in attempts to prevent free radical damage, the evidence for antioxidant supplementation is not conclusive. There is fairly good evidence that a diet high in natural vegetable and fruit sources of antioxidants does assist in reduction of oxidative stress. From my own studies, it is obvious that large dosages of antioxidants often do not minimize free radicals. Optimizing DHEA and calcitonin and reducing free radical are the 3 keys to living 140 years! Assuming you have the common-sense health habits.

The most effective method I have found for minimizing free radicals is stimulation of the Ring of Crystal with the SheLi TENS. The Ring of Crystal is another of the circuits I intuitively discovered and patented. You may ask why I patent approaches such as this? The reason is simple. Almost 40 years ago, a large company patented two of my most original and useful approaches, Dorsal Column Stimulation and Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation! They gave me no credit. I patent these approaches for intellectual protection! Stimulation of these thirteen points strikingly reduces free radicals within three days. It appears that this stimulation done just two or three times each week may be the single most effective anti-aging technique. Free radicals especially oxidize fat, producing LDL, the undesirable form of cholesterol. Everyone should do an analysis of free radicals as early in life as possible. Certainly it is advisable to eat plenty of natural antioxidant foods, and I will cover this in a later article. If you still have a free radical level greater than one in your urine, I strongly recommend stimulation of the Ring of Crystal. I will cover all the Rings and the stimulator in a later article.

Free radicals are most easily assessed in the urine. A simple colorimetric test can be done at home. If you purchase a test kit with 12 test vials, the cost is only $7 per test. The test kits are made by Vespro Life Sciences, LLC. Check them on the Internet. However, you have to purchase the kits from one of their distributors. One, which sells a 4-kit package for under $45, is www.naturalhealthconsult.com.
