Heart “attack” is still the number one way to die. The “causes” are obvious:
Smoking
Obesity
Inactivity
Lack of B 6 and magnesium
Anger
Depression

Other than that, Mrs. Lincoln, how was the play? If everyone just took care of those problems, heart attack might be the least likely cause of death. Of course there are some heart healthy habits:
Be happy
Exercise one hour a day
Do daily Autogenic Training or similar self-regulation
Eat only REAL food
Avoid trans-fats, margarine, pop, MSG, aspartame, etc

Consider heart health enhancing supplements, especially if you have any heart problems:
Co-Q 10, at least 100 mg
Certified mercury free Omega-3, at least 1000 mg
L-Carnosine, 500 to 1000 mg
L-Taurine, 500 to 1000 mg
Magnesium Lotion, at lest 2 teaspoons
B complex, at least 25 mg
D 3, 50,000 units once a week
Resveratrol, 500 to 1000 mg
Dark chocolate, 70% or more, one oz daily
