Healthy Supplements for Women

Kyani Sunrise, 2 tablespoon
Kyani NitroXtreme, 15 drops twice daily
Kyani Sunset, 3 softgels in the evening
Astaxanthin– 20 mg daily
Co-Q 10– 240 mg daily
Tri-chromium-2 daily
Zyflammend whole body-2 daily
D 3-50,000 units once a week
K 2-15 mg daily
Nature’s Blessed Tart Cherry Juice Concentrate–2 tablespoons daily
Magnesium lotion, 2 tsp twice daily on skin
Lithium Orotate, 20 mg daily
Although there are many circumstances under which you would take others, as long as you feel good and are healthy, I feel this is adequate at this time.
I drink 1 or 2 cups of Gano coffee daily (with Reishi mushrooms). I eat a minimum of 7 servings of fruits or veggies daily, 2 eggs and healthy raised fish, chicken, beef or pork daily.
I exercise 75 to 90 minutes daily
I use daily all 5 of the Bliss oils:
Fire
Air
Crystal
Water

Earth
