There are many recommendations for healthy supplements for women you can find online.

Lithium Orotate — 20 mg daily
Although there are many circumstances under which you would take others, as long as you feel good and are healthy, I feel this is adequate.
Despite the fact that I am male, some of my health habits are just as important for women. Below are four you may consider adding to your overall health program:
