Where does my order ship from?

Springfield, Missouri, USA.

How long until my order ships?

Orders are normally shipped within 24 business hours of being placed. Generally, if you place an order by 1 pm US Central Time, we’ll most likely get it shipped that business day!

How will my order be shipped?

We use the United States Postal Service for shipping. Your order will generally be shipped in one of the following ways:

Domestic Shipments:

USPS First Class Mail – Avg. 3-5 Business Days for Delivery
USPS Priority Mail – Avg. 3-5 Business Days for Delivery

International Shipments

USPS First Class Mail International – Avg. 9 Business Days for Delivery
USPS Priority Mail International – Avg. 9 Business Days for Delivery

What are your shipping and handling rates?

Continental US: $8.50 for 1 to 3 items, $12.99 for 4 or more items
Alaska & Hawaii: $8.50 for 1 to 3 items, $12.99 for 4 to 5 items, $14.99 for 6 or more items
Canada: $14 for 1 to 3 items, $15 for 4 to 5 items, $18 for 6 or more items
Other International: $22 for orders up to $20.00, $23.50 for orders from $20 to $100, $25 for orders above $100

How will I know how my package has been shipped?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email. This will also give you a tracking number for your package.

Can I choose a shipping method for my package?

Currently we do not have the option to choose a preferred shipping method. We go by the weight and destination of your order and how much Shipping and Handling was paid on the order.

What if I need to make a change to my order after it has been placed?

We usually ship quickly, so if you need to make a change to an order please contact us as soon as you can!
