Alzheimer’s disease appears to be increasing in frequency-either because of an aging population or increasing toxicity in our environment. To prevent it, the following are most important:

  • No smoking
  • Body Mass Index between 19 and 24
  • At least 6 servings, combined of fruits and vegetables daily
  • Physical exercise at lest one hour daily
  • Meditate, do autogenic training or use the Shealy RelaxMate II one hour daily
  • Avoid statin drugs
  • Keep your blood pressure at, or slightly below, 120/80
  • Get rid of silver/mercury fillings using the Hal Huggins protocol
  • Sweat a lot! Saunas, etc
  • Use Magnesium Lotion at least 2 teaspoons daily
  • Avoid aluminum deodorants, baking powder, cookware, cans, and foil
  • Laugh a lot and enjoy life
  • Read and use mental stimulation a lot

At the earliest signs of mental decline/confusion (and after a careful medical evaluation to rule out other causes) add the following – it is a lot but well worth the trial:

  • Do a 24 hour urine for heavy metals-mercury, lead, cadmium, arsenic. If any are significantly present, consider chelation
  • Lecithin Granules, two heaping tablespoons twice daily
  • Stimulation with the SheLi TENS or Ring of Fire daily, PLUS alternate
  • Ring of Air, Earth and Crystal
  • Dr sHEALy’s ESSENTIALS, 4 daily
  • Youth Formula, 4 daily
  • B 12 at least 1000 mcg, sublingual, and folic acid 100 mg
  • Co Q 10, 400 mg daily
  • Taurine, 3000 mg daily
  • Lithium orotate, 30 mg daily
  • Bacopa monnieri, 500 mg, 3 daily
  • Ashwagandah, 500 mg, 3 daily
  • Omega-3 fatty acids 3 grams
  • Cognitol (Om-Chi Herbs) 2 daily
  • Mem-For (Om-Chi Herbs) 3 daily
  • Gingko biloba, 500 mg, 3 daily
  • ProArgi-9, one scoop morning and 2 at bedtime

If not eating 10 servings daily, combined, of fruits and veggies:

  • Mistica, 2 tablespoons twice daily
  • Core Greens, 1 scoop daily
  • Physical exercise, 1? to 2 hours daily

Within 2 months you should notice improvement. If there is no real improvement within 3 months, then all these may not be of use.
